Results | You will take the next step in using your time even more effectively and efficiently. You will discover your personal incentives how these influence the choices you make. You will gain insight into your own time management pitfalls and how to deal with them. You will research which beliefs you have that play a part in inefficient behaviors. You will learn methods, techniques and practical tips to change ineffective behaviors into effective behaviors. You will receive advice that is tailored to your situation. |
Contents | This training is a follow-up to training “time management for professionals” and gives a more in-depth insight into the concept of time management and how to change counterproductive behaviors with regards to time management. We will discuss your drives, your characteristics, your irrational thoughts and practice Rational Effectivity Training (RET) in relation to the enhancement of your own time management. |

Interpersonal effectiveness for professionals
Objective | A better self-guidance and a more effective interaction with your professional environment. This will enable you to manage your own circumstances instead of being managed. |
Results | We will discuss methods and techniques that will enable you to be the master of your circumstances. You will improve interpersonal skills such as communicating, collaborating and negotiating. You will gain insight into how you can interact with colleagues and superiors effectively. You will learn to manage the different roles and interests in your working environment in a positive way. You will receive concrete advice that is directly applicable to your working situation. |
Contents | This training is based on the book “The 7 habits of highly effective people” by Stephen R. Covey. We will discuss the following subjects: circle of concern / circle of influence, pro-active behavior, personal vision, self-management, emotional bank account, rules of communication, win-win approach, empathic listening, synergy and self renewal. |
