Personal effectivity
Personal effectivity is about your time management, your self-management and your self-direction. For example, you learn to respect your own boundaries, to express your feelings in an effective way, or to accept imperfection.

You can’t lead others until you can lead yourself. That is why leadership starts with personal leadership: making your own choices, trusting your own direction and vision and effectively dealing with the consequences towards others.
